Thailand's The Coffin soared at the international box office over the weekend. Helmer Ekachai Uekrongtham supernatural thriller nailed the top spot at Thailand's box office last weekend surpassing Death Race which opened across the country on the same day.

So, what's the big deal? Well, The Coffin was inspired by a controversial but true Thai ritual of lying in coffins to get rid of bad luck and prolong life. It tells the story of a Thai architect and a Hong Kong dietitian who decide to go through the ritual to cheat death only to be faced with a series of strange and terrifying incidents afterwards.

Hari tu aku n dia gi tgk muvee kat cineleisure, damansara. Ok la... Midnite ticket.. Citer ni best gak la... Walaupun aku still tak paham sbb subplot yang agak terabur, tapi nanti aku nak beli dvd die... huhu... nk pahamkan balik... Pelakon dia tak silap aku pelakon yang sama dlm Bangkok Story... So, overall... OK!
